My work with Alessandro Montesi began in October 2022 as a video editor.
Over time, as I got to know his style and approach, I started contributing to his overall project, leading to various experiments that eventually resulted in a new, more distinctive and high-quality format.
In just two years, we transitioned from simple videos focused on retention to in-depth investigations conducted across the globe.
I started working with Sespo as a video editor in September 2022 on the project "Europa in Autostop".
Initially, my role was solely technical, focusing on editing and occasionally as a cameraman.
Over time, I began contributing to the overall creative direction of the project.
A significant portion of my work shifted toward creative and authorial support, as I started delegating the practical aspects of editing. My goal with Sespo was to optimize the production process, transitioning from content primarily focused on "challenges" to more structured vlog-style videos that appeared simpler but were better organized.
This shift not only made the video creation process more streamlined and distinctive but also significantly reduced production costs while improving the overall quality of the content.
